Intended for external use only. Keep away from pets & children, wash hands after use, do not ingest. If contact with eyes wash immediately with running cold water. If ingested contact your GP, veterinarian or call the poisons information centre on 0800 POISON.

We have opted for minimal packaging of our wash bars using a simple wax paper wrapper.

Flat rate shipping across New Zealand of $7.50 per order, max 15kg.

At present, we can only ship to New Zealand addresses, we do not ship to New Zealand offshore islands or internationally.

Shipping your order:

After we receive payment for your order, your order will be carefully packaged ready for the courier to collect. If you live locally, you can also opt to use our click & collect service.

Generally, we can have your order ready to go within one working day of receiving payment. However, sometimes things can happen, and it might take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to keep everyone up to date if we are experiencing major delays getting orders ready.

Once your order is ready it will be collected by NZ Couriers and you will receive a tracking email so that you can follow the status of your delivery. Please have this email handy if you need to contact their customer service team to follow up on your parcel.

If your order has been shipped and you need to change the delivery address, you will need to contact NZ Couriers directly, we are not able to assist with this once your order has been dispatched.

To contact NZ Couriers you can either follow the link in your tracking email, visit their contact page or phone 0800 800 841. By default, orders are sent without the need for a signature.

Adding to or changing your order:

As long as your order has not been packed or shipped, we are happy to help you with any additions or changes you wish to make. Simply contact us for further assistance.

Delays, Damages, Discrepancies or Disputes:

Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your order, we will always do our best to rectify any problems.

We expect that you will be completely satisfied with any goods and services you receive from Wags & Whiskers Wellness. However, in the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations please contact us immediately to arrange a solution.

We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell. In the event that goods are demonstrably not true to the description on our website or faulty, we will accept the goods for return and refund your money without hesitation.

Please take care to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for the purpose you intend as we are not obliged to accept goods for a refund if you simply change your mind about a product. We will endeavour to reach an amicable solution in such situations and at our discretion, we may replace any goods accepted for credit or refund the applicable purchase cost.

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.

Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.
